Beginning or Intermediate Oil Painting Classes Personally with Luz

Adult or Teen Painting Classes
(age 13 and above)
Two hour classes meet once each week for 4 weeks. No more than 4 students per class assures maximum personal attention from Luz. You paint the subjects of your choice and learn as you go at your own speed.
Class fee: $175 per 4 week class.
Don't have the materials to get started? Luz can provide basic materials (paints and use of brushes, etc) at an additional charge of $25 per student per month. Each student must bring their own canvas to class. Also, please have a large tube of white paint and a roll of paper towels or box of Kleenex with you in each class.
(Missed classes may be made up during the same month only)
Parent/Child Class (an entirely unique family experience!)
Paint and learn with your child (age 7-12). A great bonding experience! Class cost is only $275 per 4 week class total for both parent and child.
Classes with one adult and two children (age 7-12) are also offered at $375 per 4 week class. Children must be well behaved and mature for their age.
Classes meet once a week for a period of two hours.
(Missed classes may be made up during the same month only)
Basic materials (paints and use of brushes, etc) can be supplied for an additional fee of $37.50 per month (for adult plus one child) and $50 per month (for an adult with two children). Each student is responsible for bringing their own canvas and a large tube of white paint to class. Luz does have on-hand a small inventory of canvases you can purchase if you forget. Also, please have a roll of paper towels or box of Kleenex with you at each class.

You'll be surprised how easy it is! After a few months learning to paint with Luz you'll be decorating your home with your own original artwork. Small classes afford special attention to maximize the speed with which you learn. Luz will work personally with you; you won't be left to your own devices as occurs in larger class scenarios Learn with a professional with over 25 years of teaching experience. Since she will only accept a small number of students, you will not be "lost in the crowd" as is the case in so many less exclusive venues.
Classes meet once a week for two hours. Day and evening are available.
